Reservation & Cancellation Policies

All participants must be 21 or older and have a valid form of ID.

Reservation is not valid without a deposit.

Do not consider a reservation valid if you have not received an e-mail confirmation.

Trips may be cancelled if they do not have the minimum number of clients required to go out.

Trips are not cancelled for rain.

All trip participants are required to have signed a Participant Release Form prior to departing for the trip.

Full payment for trips is due prior to start of the trip.

Deposits are refundable up to 15 days prior to the trip. Within 15 days of the trip departure deposits are non-refundable.

All participants are required to wear an inflatable type III pfd for the duration of the float trip.

Going to and from the boats is a physical activity and requires a reasonable amount of physical ability. This activity is not appropriate for all people and we will offer a full refund for anyone who books but we deem not physically able to participate. In that vein, we reserve the right to inform someone they will not be able to participate due to what we determine is a physical inability.


Deposits – Single person bookings
Monday-Thursday trips: $10 per person
Friday-Sunday trips: $15 per person

Deposits – Exclusive trip
Exclusive trips book out the entire raft. Can take up to 14 adults.
Monday – Thursday: $100
Friday-Sunday: $15
